How sustainable is it if team riders fly around the world for competitions or a few promotional photos?Updated 7 months ago

Our team riders are at home all over the world. Therefore, it is essential to bring them together at one location for a shoot. To minimize the impact on the climate, we combine shoots with other B&M brands as often as possible. We have also reduced the number of shoots overall. We keep our on-site shooting team as small as possible and always try to use local photographers and filmmakers. When choosing the shooting location, wind reliability, versatility of conditions, and the ability to cover various image worlds play a decisive role.

International competitions are – as in all sports – only possible through travel. Our riders also try to avoid unnecessary travel as much as possible. Since the stops of the common competition series take place at attractive watersports spots, many riders use these trips for training before and/or after the events instead of returning home between stops.
